The Raychem BTV self-regulating heating cables are used for industrial freeze-protection and process-temperature maintenance applications. BTV heating cables maintain process temperatures up to 150°F (65°C) and can withstand intermittent exposure to temperatures up to 185°F (85°C).

The Raychem QTVR self-regulating heating cables provide process-temperature maintenance up to 225°F (110°C) and are used for freeze protection application with higher wattage requirements.
