LONGLINE HEATING

DOWNHOLE HEATING
Electro-thermal downhole heating systems solve production problems due to the effects of heavy oil, waxy oil, and hydrates. Tyco Thermal Controls offers products and
services to design systems preventing production losses from paraffin deposits and hydrate formation in the production tube, as well as to improve production of heavy oils by lowering their viscosity.

CONTROL & MONITORING
Tyco Thermal Controls range of Control and Monitoring products provide various options for controlling the temperature of any heat-tracing application; from locally installed single circuit mechanical thermostats to centralized multi-circuit micro-processor based control systems. Our Supervisory software links the control and monitoring systems back to a PC and can be integrated into DCS host systems.

FROST HEAVE PREVENTION (cryogenic storage tanks)
Tyco Thermal Controls provides full design capabilities for the prevention of frost heave under grade mounted cryogenic tanks, tanks or vessels containing LNG, ammonia, or other low temperature liquids. Rugged, reliable cable systems prevent the ground below the tank from freezing and rising to cause the tank floor or wall to weaken and rupture.
