Centralized temperature control systems are typically installed in panels where they provide control and monitoring for several circuits or groups of heat tracing circuits. Centralized control systems are microprocessor based and offer advanced features like ground fault levels, operating currents and maintenance information. Tyco Thermal Controls offers centralized control systems which control from one circuit up to 260 circuits per system.

Even though the system is still available MoniTrace 200N-E users can upgrade to the DigiTrace NGC-30 system to benefit from new features of the DigiTrace Supervisor software as well as the option to add circuits with ground fault monitoring and many other features.

DigiTrace NGC-30

The DigiTrace NGC-30 system can control up to 260 circuits with multiple networked panels. It provides continuous monitoring of temperatures, ground fault, operating currents and voltages where a change in levels indicates potential issues in the field. Upsets are reported to the user with clear messages and alarms on the DigiTrace user interface terminal or remotely using the client-server software package DigiTrace Supervisor™.
The DigiTrace user interface terminal has a state-of-the-art color touch screen and allows convenient central access to all heat-tracing circuits.
The DigiTrace Supervisor ™ client-server software package provides a graphical interface and allows the user to configure and monitor many DigiTrace NGC systems from a central location. Features like alarms, events, data logging, trending, recipes and batching are included, to simplify maintenance of any heat-tracing installation.

MoniTrace 200N-E

The MoniTrace 200N-E is a multi-circuit control and monitoring system for heat-tracing used in process temperature maintenance and frost protection applications. It controls up to 130 heat-trace circuits in either surface sensing, ambient sensing or PASC.
The MoniTrace 200N-E system is proven technology and a very well accepted heat-trace control and monitoring system with a track record of more than 15.000 controlled circuits all over the world.

HTC-915

|
The DigiTrace HTC-915 system is a compact, full-featured microprocessor based single-point heat-trace system. It provides control and monitoring of one single heat-tracing circuit in as well freeze protection as temperature maintenance applications. HE HTC-915-CONT can be set to monitor and alarm for high and low temperature, high and low current, ground fault level, and voltage. The DigiTrace HTC-915 controller provides contacts to drive an external contactor coil or an external solid-state relay (SSR). In order to meet the temperature classification limits in hazardous areas the HTC-915 limiter can be used.
The HTC-915-LIM will protect installations against over-temperature. Communications capability is included for remote control and configuration as well the option to integrate with DigiTrace Supervisor software.
