Mostly used to maintain at a certain temperature of fluids, where a rigid pipe structure is not possible and to transport them at temperature from one place to another in a plant. Heated hoses come in different varieties with different levels of resistance against aggressive materials, temperature requirements and pressures

Used in areas where flat panels won't cover the surface well and where cables and separate insulation don't meet the requirements.

A variety of heating elements, insulation materials and fixings are used to give a great solution to complex problems.

HEATING CABLES AND HEATING TAPES

We supply pre-terminated or cut to length heating cables and tapes for a wide range of temperatures and conditions.

They can be used from simple frost or condensation protection for motors to process requirements for operating temperatures up to 1200 °C.

These are available in a variety of technologies: Constant wattage, parallel circuit, self regulating & power limiting.

Insulation types are Silicon, Teflon, PVC, FEP, PFA, glass cloth and glass quartz.
