| Demodulator Blade Passing Signal
This is the raw signal which gives a voltage pulse as each blade passes the sensor tip. Very low system
noise levels give excellent signal quality and direct indication of system health and performance.
Key phasing the outputs can show rotor eccentricity and orbit.
Demodulator "Blade by Blade" Output
The dynamic staircase output (DNS) is the DCrestored value of the blade passing signal and represents
the peak voltage from each passing blade. The "peak picking" function uses sophisticated sample
& hold electronics, together with proven noise rejection techniques to give a stable and reliable
dynamic output. The output is real time and updates every blade, every revolution. 0-10V F-S.
Demodulator RMS Signal
The RMS voltage (0-10V F-S), derived from blade passing signal is very stable and gives real time
values of tip clearance when used with probe calibration data. 0-10V F-S.
