- Provide HMS that are reliable (do not cause "freeze ups")
- Provide HMS that are easy to operate and maintain
- Have no warranty claims from the customer
- Have customers that "feel good" at the end of the project
- Have customers that are so delighted that they want to do business with us again on a preferred basis
